Three Moment Scallops
¼ glass dry white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. Dried parsley
Juice of a ½ lemon
1 lb. New cove scallops, washed and tapped dry.
Warmth wine in a medium skillet over medium warmth. Include garlic and sauté 1 minute. Include parsley and lemon juice. Spread and cook 1 minute. Include scallops and cook 1 minute or
until scallops abandon translucent to dark. Makes 2-3 servings
Garlic Broiled Vegetables
6 carrots, stripped and quartered
6 parsnips, stripped and quartered
6 shallots, stripped and divided
2 medium onions, stripped and cut into 6-8 wedges
1 extensive garlic globule, broken into cloves and stripped
1 tbsp. dried rosemary, or 3 tbsp. crisp slashed
1 tbsp. dried thyme, or 3 tbsp. crisp
4 tbsp. olive oil
In the Stove: Preheat broiler to 400 F. Consolidate every one of the vegetables in the cooking container, sprinkle with oil and blend to coat. Broil for around 1 hour 20 minutes or until delicate. Salt and pepper to taste.
On the Flame broil: Swing grill to medium. Join every one of the vegetables into a tinfoil sack, shower with olive oil and blend to coat. Cook for around 30 minutes or until delicate. Salt and pepper to taste.
Incredible with meat, chicken, and fish.
Chicken Plate of mixed greens Roll-ups
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cooked
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. dried organic product bits
1/8 container celery, diced
1/3 container nonfat yogurt
New Leaf Lettuce
Shakers chicken, and spot in blending bowl. Consolidate with sunflower seeds, organic product bits, celery, and yogurt. Spread a little chicken blend on a lettuce leaf and move up firmly. Rehash until the blend is spent. Serve quickly, or wrap roll-ups in saran wrap for later use.
Makes two servings
Fish in Foil
½ lb. halibut, cut in two pieces
1 tomato, hacked
1 green onion, slashed
4 little zucchini, julienne
1 carrot, julienne
1 container dry white wine
1 tsp. each new dill and parsley
Dash of crisply ground pepper
Preheat stove to 400 degrees. Cut two 12 in. square bits of foil. Spot a bit of fish on each square of foil. Top each bit of fish with tomato, green onion, zucchini, and carrot.
Sprinkle each with wine, herbs, and pepper. Overlap foil edges together, fixing with a crease. Prepare for 15 minutes.
Makes two servings
